Melbild

Melbild is a tropical preparation for management of vitiligo. It is Available in two Strengths and use for external use only.
1. What is Melbild ?
= It is a sequence of amino acids derived from basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). It Stimulates growth of melanocytes and therefore helps in repigmenting the depigmented skin.
With the use of such preparations one can expect some noticeable change in about 3-6 months.
Significant repigmentation may be achieved with continued use for about a year.
2. How Is MELBILD To Be Used ?
= To Begin with , Remove the plug of the MELBILD container and replace it with a roller. Gently, Shake the bottle , and then apply. Before applying MELBILD, Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly, and then apply as a very thin film.
It is best to apply MELBILD some 2 hours before retiring for the night. Every morning, the treated patches may be exposed to sunlight for 10-15 minutes. If this not possible, the treated patches may be exposed to commercially available Ultraviolet Lamps.
3. How Is MELBILD To Be Stored ?
= MELBILD is to be stored at a temperature below 25 degree Celsius and away from light, to maintain optimal effectiveness.

Hi, Melgain and Melbild are of same company but however there are few significant changes :-
Delete1. Melbild Is Alot Cheaper Then Melgain.
2. Melblid Is Registered Medical Practitioner But Melgain Is not register.
3. Melbild and Melgain works on same manner and takes equal time to re- pigmented.

ReplyDeleteKindly advise me MELBID or MELGAIN lotion cures completely Vitiligo. Why the same lotion was not recognized in other countries? IF Indian drug good solution for vitiligo then why other countries are not recommending this lotion to their patients. I read lot of articles about vitiligo in all countries and but i don't find this lotion suggested. Also i have read many articles in India Dermatologist articles those who are treating Vitiligo. hi !!! melgain and melblid both are similar so dont worry about them .. and theses medicine are not only for India i live in Australia and use this medicine but this cant care fully it will care upto 70%.. thank you

DeleteYes it works effectively.Use it as mentioned in this blog.And also take medicines along with it like Melin-25,Clasvit,Chirowin,Smarliv,Oncotrex 10 as directed or prescribed by doctor.But the skin disease like this need patience.It can take 1 or 1.5 month to show the effectiveness.So don't discontinue medication in between.

ReplyDeleteIf the affected area is fingers, Can we wash it after 1 or 2 hours since it may be bad to touch with it somewhere? For other ointments for vitiligo also, same question -can I wash?
ReplyDeleteI don't think washing melbild off fingers makes much difference. Its base is an alcohol and the decapeptide is meant to be absorbed by the skin. If you apply other ointments like topical steroids then it's a good to idea to was before eating or cooking.

ReplyDeleteI use tacroz and melbild daily for my vitiligo. I apply tacroz once a day in the evening and three hours later, I wash it off, dry the area and apply melbild. The following day I expose the patches to morning sun at 7.30am. So far, this regimen has helped me
